Adam M. Peters
Adam M. Peters is a Vice President of Development with VNO/CES and has over 10 years of experience managing highly complex projects in high-barrier to entry markets. Mr. Peters currently leads development activities for Rosslyn Plaza, a 2.5-million square foot, mixed-use project on a site with unmatched views of the Potomac River and the monumental core of Washington, DC.
Prior to joining VNO/CES, Mr. Peters was a Vice President of Development for The JBG Companies, a private equity real estate investment and development company focused on building and creating wealth in the Washington DC metropolitan area. Mr. Peters managed the successful entitlement and construction of 800 and 900 North Glebe and oversaw the master planning for 2 million square feet of mixed-use development in the NOMA sector of Washington, DC and the entitlement of a 173-key extended stay hotel in Tysons Corner. Before joining The JBG Companies, Mr. Peters spent four years with Elm Street Development, a privately-owned real estate development firm based in McLean, Virginia, developing mixed-use communities throughout the Washington, Baltimore and Eastern Shore regions.
Mr. Peters holds a MBA from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina and a BS in Engineering from Cornell University.
