Eddie Dunlap
Eddie Dunlap is the Vice President of Engineering Services for Vornado/Charles E. Smith portfolio in the Washington DC Metropolitan area. Mr. Dunlap is responsible for the day to day engineering operations, utility management and the development and implementation of procedures and processes across the entire Vornado/Charles E. Smith portfolio, as well as making recommendations and reviewing infrastructure upgrades.
Prior to joining Vornado/Charles E. Smith, Mr. Dunlap was a Vice President, Corporate and Commercial Operations for EMCOR Facilities Services (formerly Consolidated Engineering) based in Arlington, Va. He oversaw technical and engineering teams responsible for over 20 million square feet, with special emphasis on mission critical operations. With over 24 years experience in all phases engineering and maintenance services plus mission critical data center experience he was actively involved in both day to day operations, MEP projects, renovation work and system commissioning.
Mr. Dunlap holds several professional designations including the, ASHRAE Operations and Performance Management Professional, SMA, Systems Maintenance Administrator, and the SMT, Systems Maintenance Technician from BOMI. He is a Licensed Engineer in the District of Columbia and Maryland as well as a Master HVAC tradesman in Virginia and Maryland.
