Jim Creedon
James E. Creedon, Executive Vice President of Leasing, is a twenty-three year veteran of the Washington, D.C. commercial real estate market and is responsible for leasing Vornado’s Virginia portfolio of 13.5 million square feet of space.
For the past six years Mr. Creedon has led the very successful re-leasing of the 2.5 million square feet vacated by the Patent and Trademark office.
Large deals he has recently completed include the Bureau of National Affairs (280,000 square feet), the National Cooperative Bank (86,000 square feet), Conservation International (85,000 square feet), and the Smithsonian Institution (55,000 square feet).
Mr. Creedon started his real estate career at Coldwell Banker Commercial’s Washington, DC office in 1984, and joined Charles E. Smith Commercial Realty in 1988. He serves on the Board of Directors of NAIOP (Northern Virginia Chapter) and is an active member of CoreNet and the Greater Washington Commercial Association of Realtors.
