She is responsible for overseeing the company’s day-to-day human resources and administrative services operations in the Washington, DC region. Ms. Williams joined Vornado in August 2003 from Trizec Properties, where she served as the Director of Human Resources and Administrative Operations, Eastern Region for the Washington, DC and New York markets.

Ms. Williams has more than twenty years of experience in human resources and administrative operations, primarily for full-service commercial and residential real estate organizations with Class A portfolios. Prior to joining Trizec Properties, Ms. Williams was the Vice President of Human Resources and Administration for The JBG Companies with progressively responsible experience. She also previously served as the Director of Personnel & Administration for Rubloff, Inc. with prior risk management and administrative operations experience in the commercial management group at The Oliver Carr Company (most recently, Carr Properties).

Ms. Williams is an alumnus of the University of Pennsylvania with a pre-med dual major in English and Biology. She completed her HR coursework at American University, Kogod School of Business and then received her SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) credentials designated by the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) and certified by HRCI in June 2000. Ms. Williams is a member of SHRM and the American Society for Training & Development (ASTD) as well as other professional HR and real estate forums. She was also one of the inaugural Teachers for several years in the Real Estate Associate Program (REAP) in Washington, DC, which is the commercial real estate industry’s leading diversity program successfully bringing talented minority professionals into the world of commercial real estate.

Ms. Williams is passionate about the importance of giving back to our local community and is an avid supporter of the Capital Breast Care Center (CBCC) whose mission is to provide culturally appropriate breast cancer screening services and promote health and wellness to women in the Washington, DC area regardless of their ability to pay. Ms. Williams’ other current civic involvements include serving on the Board of Directors for Volunteer Fairfax since 2005 to support its mission to mobilize people and resources through creative solutions to meet regional community needs.
