Michael E. Kelley
Michael Kelley, Vice President, Construction Management leads and manages all tenant improvement and capital related construction activities at Vornado/Charles E. Smith. With over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate and construction, he has managed interior and base building development projects for private, government, retail, hospitality and institutional clients. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Kelley led the Project Management team for CB Richard Ellis in the DC office and was Vice President of Construction for Heitman Financial Services managing commercial real estate projects from Boston to Cleveland to Miami.
Mr. Kelley serves on the Arlington County Board of Building Code Appeals. He is a member of the Northern Virginia chapter of the Construction Specifications Institute and the International Code Council. He is a Candidate member of the CCIM Institute.
