Sang Park
Sang Park is the Vice President of Residential at Vornado/Charles E. Smith. He is responsible for overseeing the company’s residential portfolio in the Washington, D.C. region.
Mr. Park has nearly 10 years experience in residential real estate, including asset management, renovations, and pricing. Prior to joining Vornado/Charles E. Smith, Mr. Park spent three years with AvalonBay Communities, where, as Director of Asset Management and Redevelopment, he oversaw AvalonBay’s Mid-Atlantic, Mid-West, and New York portfolios. Prior to AvalonBay, Mr. Park spent three years with Equity Residential as an Associate Asset Manager and eight years with American Power Conversion on their Global Sales and Marketing team.
Mr. Park received his MBA from Haas School of Business, University of California, Berkeley and holds a B.A. from the University of Michigan.
