Waterfront Station is a new and dynamic mixed-use urban center in Southwest Washington, DC. Upon completion the total project will include the development of seven new buildings totaling over 2 million square feet including Class-A office space, new residential units and neighborhood oriented retail in the heart of Southwest. Situated on the Waterfront-SEU Metro station the project features a thriving retail oriented streetscape along the newly re-opened 4th Street all in close proximity to the new baseball district, Arena Stage, the Southwest Waterfront and major destinations throughout the region. Completed in 2010, 1101 4th Street, SW, is home to the Government of the District of Columbia, and features convenient ground floor retail, including Safeway, CVS, Station 4, Z-Burger, Subway, a bank, a drycleaners, and more.
