The Investment Building is one of Washington's most distinctive historic trophy buildings. Built in 1922 and redesigned and restored in 2001, The Investment Building is strategically located at the corner of 15th and K streets at the northwest corner of McPherson Square, two and one-half blocks from the White House.  The building is located right across the park from Metro and offers sweeping views of the DC skyline and McPherson Square from its rooftop terrace.
